Hi Lisa!

I just wanted to thank you sooooooo much! My mum bought me front splits fast about a month ago and I can now (finally!) sit in the splits! I have always worked really hard at my flexibility and have been frustrated for years at being just centimetres from a full front split on both legs. But after using the program I am now sitting on the floor with no pain. Its amazing!

I am so glad that I made the investment to purchase your Front Splits Fast program, its one of the best purchases I have made this year. I danced most of my life from the age of four and took the last two years off to focus on my studies and decided in June I missed it too much and wanted to start dancing again. I could not believe how inflexible I had become, I was so embarrassed! I really wanted to get my flexibility back and after purchasing and working through the program I am once again sitting in my front leg splits and not too far off my middle splits either! I can’t believe how quickly it worked, I could feel the increased mobility through my hips and back after just one session!

Thank you so much for making this resource available to dancers everywhere. I am now ready to start classes again next year and I really think I owe this in a big way to you.

Dear Lisa

I wanted to let you know that your program is remarkable! I bought Front Splits Fast for my daughter Kate for her birthday this year and she absolutely loves it! She has been working diligently through the exercises and has seen some great results already. Her dance teacher is really pleased with the results as well and I think this is what has made Kate so happy, as sadly I feel that her teacher believed Kate was not working as hard on her flexibility as other girls simply because she did not seem to be improving. This was really frustrating Kate as she was stretching almost every night but just didn’t seem to be getting anywhere!

I really think that your program has renewed her faith in herself as a dancer which is really lovely to see and Kate seems to be progressing even better in all of her dance because of this. All I can really say is thank you.

I started off about a foot away from the splits when I first got Lisa’s Front Splits Fast program. I just thought that I was never going to be flexible and that it was just something you had or you didn’t. But, I stuck at it and did the program every 2 days for 5 months. It was actually really easy as I like the music and it’s a nice way to chill out in the evenings.     I am 17 years old and have had a really hard time with flexibility since forEVER, and I have had your program for about a week now. I have a 1.5 – 3 inch difference in range of motion taking my leg up to the front after going through the program, and I think its beginning to stay, this is very cool for me! Thank you so much I am looking forward to what else is in store for me after I’ve been working this way for a few more weeks.

    I also play the saxaphone, and I can get a moderate amount of air if I take 8 or 10 seconds to slowly fill my lungs up, when actually playing I sometimes have a really hard time getting enough air to make it through 16 counts. After going through the program only four times this isn’t a problem any more! I’m guessing the excersises for the back have helped with this.

    Anyway I don’t know about you but this really caught me by surprise!!!

    I am a 42-year-old teacher who teaches both traditional classical dance as well as inclusive and wheelchair dance for students of all ages and all abilities (including those with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities).  Since my students span a broad range of physical ability, knowledge of the body is critical to their safe instruction and movement.  As a lifelong dancer, I also appreciate the importance of teaching students how to care for and maintain their bodies from an early age to allow for a lifetime of dance.  Your products fill an important gap in dance education.
    On a more personal note, I recently ordered your Fronts Splits Fast package, as I was seeking a thorough and systematic method of fascial release that I could do at home on a regular basis.  I love the program, and two weeks after beginning it, I have already seen results.  As a younger dancer, I always enjoyed good flexibility, but had lost some of my range with age.  You can imagine that it was particularly satisfying for me last night when I was easily and comfortably able to do a split again amongst a class of teenagers!  I look forward to regaining more mobility with continued use of the program.

    Last month Christina could not do the splits so we ordered the DVD and “voilà” !
    This photo was taken at the Special Olympic  Canadian National Summer Games, last week, where she became the Canadian champion winning 4 gold and 2 silver medals, it has been an amzing week and we really appeciate  the contribution the DVD made to her training regime.  Her physio therapist also incorprated the tecniques into her treatments.

    Dear Lisa,

    I’m a 22 years old girl and I love my classical ballet lessons (3 times a week). Recently I purchased your Front Splits Fast flexibility programme and I just wanted to thank you so much for making this Front Splits Fast Programme! I’m practicing your programme for three weeks now. The main difference I feel is afterwards: no stiff muscles! Wauw! I can sit almost in splits and will keep practicing on it! I’m really enthusiastic!

    The program also made me aware of how my body works/react on stress, different positions I hold my body throughout the day, relaxing en ‘letting go’.

    By the way, I like the music in the programme! If I hear the first few tones, I relax immediatly!

    Youtube has some really great ways to do the splits but they hurt too. With these ways you can actually feel good and stretch with out hurting at the same time… =)

    I have my right and my left splits down. I am trying to do the middle splits but I see no improvement. I have my middle splits all the way til’ my knees are touching the ground my thighs aren’t touching the ground. Is there any stretches?

    Hi Waverly,

    Thanks for you question. Finding the most helpful ways for you to improve your middle splits depends on where the restriction is coming from. Next time you are stretching take note of the areas that feel tight or feel blocked. You might find that the restriction is coming from deep into your hip/groin area of along the inside of your thigh muscles where your adductors muscles are situated. A useful trick is to massage along these adductor muscles to release any tension you feel in them. Try this out and then try your middle splits again and you should see an increase in your range.

    Hi, Lisa,

    I have a lot of trouble with tension in my back. My extensions to the front are really hard because if I go beyond 45º my lower back starts to curve outwards. This makes fouttes really difficult. My upper back and neck are also really stiff. I can barely stretch my neck without pain. I wish I could afford your Front Splits Fast program because it sounds amazing, but I can’t right now. (In fact, I wish I could buy all of your programs.) Is there anything I can do to help with this problem by myself?

    I go to vocational dance school and it has been made clear to me that I must be able to do the splits by November or my place will be reconsidered. Mum found the Perfect Pointe Book, which led her to find this. Thank you ever so much, I have felt a massive difference. I am well on my way to both pointe and the splits.
